Calculator FAQ

Peptide Dosage Calculator Questions

What does the peptide dosage calculator do?

It converts a known vial concentration and your target dose into the mL draw volume and the U-100 syringe unit mark, so you can see exactly where to fill the syringe.

How do I convert mcg to mL?

Divide the target dose by the concentration. At 1 mg/mL (1000 mcg/mL), a 250 mcg dose is a 0.25 mL draw, or 25 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. The calculator does this for you.

What are syringe units?

On a U-100 insulin syringe, 1 mL equals 100 units, so 0.1 mL is 10 units and 0.01 mL is 1 unit. The calculator returns the unit mark for your selected syringe size.

Can I use it for semaglutide, tirzepatide, or TRT?

Yes. Enter the known concentration and the dose; the calculator handles mg, mcg, or IU math for peptides, GLP-1 references, and oil-based injectables alike.

Do I need to reconstitute first?

If your vial is already mixed or pre-filled, use this dosage calculator. If you still need to add BAC water, start with the reconstitution calculator, then return with the resulting concentration.

Is this medical or dosing advice?

No. It is educational math for converting concentration and dose into volume and syringe units. It does not prescribe, recommend doses, or provide medical or sterile-technique instruction.
