Planning Math

Vial Duration Estimator – Supply Planning Math

Estimate how many measured uses a vial contains and how long the supply lasts at a chosen interval. It is useful for planning inventory, comparing vial sizes, and spotting when a schedule is likely to run short.

Start with the peptide reconstitution calculator when you need vial amount, BAC water volume, target amount, and U-100 syringe markings in one place. Use the companion syringe loader for known concentrations, the vial duration estimator for supply planning, and the half-life calculator for simple decay math. Every result stays focused on educational reference math and keeps the safety boundary clear.

Calculator FAQ

Vial Duration Calculator Questions

How many doses are in a vial?

Divide the total vial amount by your amount per use. A 10 mg vial dosed at 1 mg per use gives roughly 10 doses, before accounting for residual volume and draw loss.

How long will my vial last?

Multiply the number of doses by your dosing interval. Ten doses at one dose every 3 days lasts about 30 days. The calculator estimates this from your inputs.

What inputs do I need?

The total vial amount, the amount per use, and how often you dose (the interval in days). The calculator returns estimated doses per vial and total duration.

Does it account for BAC water volume?

Duration depends on amount, not diluent volume, so the result holds whether you mixed with 1 mL or 3 mL — as long as the per-use amount is the same.

Can I use it for GLP-1s like semaglutide or tirzepatide?

Yes. Enter the vial amount and your per-dose amount in matching units (mg, mcg, or IU) and the calculator estimates doses and duration the same way.

Is this medical advice?

No. It is educational supply-planning math and does not recommend doses, schedules, or provide medical guidance.
